Charles, in order to see him youll need to pack a meal or bring your copy of War and Peace.

Unless you are the first appointment of the day, be prepared to WAIT and even with the first appointment it was 10 minutes.

Office staff called me on my cell while in route for an appointment explaining that he was running an hour late.

Asked i f I should come in an hour later and they said NO need to be there at my appointment time or my appointment could be filled by another patient.

I would think a professional would have more respect for his patients time.

Be aware that the office staff will push you to a Nurse for your exam.

On all visits this was my option for getting a quicker appointment.

But in order to see him you need to get by the office staff, which is not an easy task.

My son and I have been seen in the past, yet our records could not be located.

After a 10 minute search, Sue finally found my records, but only an empty chart for my son.

I explained to her that my son had been seen in the past and that this was a follow up visit.

She responded that my son has never been seen by Dr.

Charles. When I inquired why there was a chart for him, she suggested that I made an appointment but never showed up.

She simply did not consider office error an option, but instead implied that I was lying.

We would love to keep Dr.

Charles as our family dermatologist, but not at the cost of putting up with the staff.

He diagnosed my facial bacteria and perscribed Xelogel to clear it up within a couple weeks.
